Reservations

Are group reservations accepted? How much is the tourist tax? I see that a Plopsa park is 'Sold out' during my stay. What does this mean? Can I change or cancel my reservation? Is access to the Plopsa parks included in my stay? What time can I check in? Is the hotel non-smoking? Are special requests possible?
